After dealing with a frozen shoulder
that didn't want to heal completely,
to be able to practice Yoga
has been a blessing.
Summer Semester 2017xt.
Yoga calms the mind and relaxes the body. I hope i can keep doing it for a long time.
It is my best therapy.xt.
instead of going directly to do the warrior pose, take a minute to simply cross your leg and stretch your back all the way to the floor or as much as it is comfortable. I don't have back problems but I like adding poses in between to avoid tension on the knees.
